About Fork in the soup

Fork in the Soup exists to help neurodivergent creativity reach its potential

by helping individuals get out of their own way and break through barriers of doubt

And workplaces benefit from the untapped productivity-potential of cognitive diversity & collaboration.

We are neurodivergent creatives, we're coaches and workplace facilitators. Between us, we’ve spent decades navigating life and corporate environments with minds that didn’t quite fit with the ‘norm’

We’ve seen and experienced the cost of that mismatch first-hand: burnout, lost confidence, self-blame, strained relationships and wasted talent.

We’ve also seen what’s possible when different ways of thinking are understood & supported.

Our work combines creativity, neurodiversity & collaboration.

1:1 coaching interactive training | Workshops

Helping individuals and teams understand the nuanced patterns of how different minds work, not in theory, but in the day-to-day reality.

For our workplace training, we work with neurodivergent & neurotypical thinkers together, because meaningful progress only happens in mixed-cognitive environments. ALL neurotypes have unique talents that collectively get ideas off the ground.

Through workshops, training and coaching, we focus on:

understanding cognitive differences & the creative brain reducing friction & misunderstanding through translation creative psychologically safe cultures of transparency & empathy supporting clearer communication & collaboration protecting & building unique creative identities building sustainable ways of working

Supporting all neurotypes to Work Differently, Together

Because no one wins when talent goes untapped!

Creativity isn’t limited to the arts. It shows up in entrepreneurship, strategy, innovation, personal projects anywhere new ideas are formed and developed by unconventional thinkers

Fork in the Soup builds strategies around natural strengths & talents

neurodivergent people have an incredible ability to think conceptually, solve problems unconventionally, explore original paths, adapt and build something new in any field they turn their minds to.
