About Fork in the soup

Fork in the Soup was developed because most workplace adjustment measures and inclusion programmes miss the nuanced reality of daily life and rarely address mixed-cognitive collaboration.

Neurodiversity and the bigger picture of Cognitive Diversity is fascinating and exciting when you look at it through the lens of creativity, talent and potential.

No one wins when talent goes untapped and my aim is to create stigma-free, collaborative & productive cultures, where people feel empowered by their individual strengths, not held back by their individual differences.

I work with other experienced and talented ND coaches to deliver relatable and practical insight that builds strength-led resilience, empathy and psychological safety.

Moving beyond adjustments to build cultures that support indiviual strengths

________

We are neurodivergent creative & strategic thinkers.

Qualified coaches and workplace facilitators. Between us, we’ve spent decades navigating life and corporate-creative environments with minds that didn’t quite fit with the ‘norm’.

We’ve seen and experienced the cost of the communication mismatch and misunderstanding that underpins workplace friction and often leads to lost confidence, self-blame, strained relationships, wasted talent and burnout.

We’ve also seen what’s possible when naturally different thinkers are understood & supported.

Creativity isn’t limited to the arts. It shows up in entrepreneurship, strategy, innovation, personal projects anywhere new ideas are formed and developed by unconventional thinkers

Fork in the Soup builds strategies around natural strengths & talents
